Travel Together with Your Family or Group

Using one vehicle can simplify group coordination. Participants can follow the same departure schedule and pickup instructions, making shared journeys easier to organise.

A Toyota Hiace can be considered for extended families, groups of friends, and corporate participants. The proposed vehicle should match both your passenger numbers and storage requirements.

Seat count alone is not enough. Suitcases, strollers, and event equipment also require space that must be checked before booking.

Ways to Use Your Hiace Rental

Family and Group Sightseeing

Plan a shared journey to your preferred Bali destinations. Provide the complete route so travel distances, vehicle access, and time at each stop can be assessed.

Choose a realistic number of attractions within the 12-hour period, allowing time for meals and breaks.

Company Outings and Gatherings

Request transport to hotels, restaurants, activity locations, or meeting venues.

Include required arrival times and expected finishing times. If the vehicle needs to wait, confirm how this affects your rental period.

Family Events and Celebrations

A Hiace can be requested to transport relatives or guests to a wedding, celebration, or private event.

For pickups from several locations, provide each address and its passenger numbers. Multiple pickups need to fit the agreed schedule.

Journeys Involving the Airport

If you need a Ngurah Rai Airport pickup or drop-off, provide your flight details and luggage requirements.

Our team will confirm whether this promotion applies or whether a separate airport transfer quotation is needed.

Confirm the Hiace Type and Capacity

Toyota Hiace vehicles have different models and seating layouts. Passenger capacity and luggage space can vary between units.

Before payment, request confirmation of:

• The Hiace type included in the promotion.
• Photographs of the proposed vehicle.
• Guest seating capacity, excluding the driver.
• Space for suitcases and additional equipment.
• Available cabin facilities.
• Vehicle access at pickup locations and destinations.

If anyone has mobility requirements, explain these in advance so boarding access and suitability can be discussed.

How Does the 12-Hour Rental Work?

Your starting and finishing times should appear in your booking confirmation.

For example, if your agreed rental begins at 8:00 AM, the maximum 12-hour period ends at 8:00 PM on the same day.

Ask whether waiting periods count towards the rental, how delays are handled, and which overtime rates apply. Additional use requires confirmation of vehicle availability.

What Is Included in the Promotional Price?

Request a written breakdown before accepting the booking. Check:

• Driver and fuel arrangements.
• Parking, tolls, and location access charges.
• The included service area.
• Waiting-time and overtime conditions.
• Multiple-pickup arrangements.
• Valid dates and promotional exclusions.
