Ways to Use Your Alphard Rental

Family Holidays

Arrange journeys from your hotel or villa to selected destinations. Provide the number of adults and children, together with any stroller or luggage requirements, so vehicle suitability can be checked.

Private Sightseeing

Propose an itinerary based on the places you would like to visit. Choose a realistic route within the 12-hour rental period, allowing for driving, sightseeing stops, and waiting time.

The promotional service area must be agreed upon before booking. Longer journeys or additional destinations may have different conditions.

Business Travel

Request transport for meetings, corporate visits, or events. Share your programme and required arrival times so the service duration can be planned.

Family Events and Celebrations

An Alphard can be requested for family occasions, anniversaries, and other celebrations. Ask about specific conditions for weddings, decorations, or photography before confirming.

Journeys Involving the Airport

If your itinerary includes a Ngurah Rai Airport pickup or drop-off, provide your flight details and travel plans. Our team will confirm whether this promotion applies or whether a separate transfer quotation is needed.

How the 12-Hour Rental Period Works

Your starting and finishing times should appear in your booking confirmation.

For example, if your agreed rental period begins at 8:00 AM, the 12-hour period ends at 8:00 PM on the same day. Waiting time and delays follow your booking conditions.

Confirm overtime rates before accepting the quotation. Additional use also depends on vehicle availability.
